Perfect Peonies

Following my peony card from last month, I wanted to have a go with the same stencils but without the stamp for a ‘no-line’ look.   It also gave me the opportunity to use my new Altenew ink pads in shades of blue. My plan was to create a tri-fold card so I started with a DL card blank, added a couple of sticky notes down the score line and used the stencils, Altenew Fresh Dye inks and a blending brush to create the flowers. The flower centres and leaves were added and then I positioned the matching die and taped it in place.   The card was then taped to one of the plates on my die-cutting machine with the score line along the edge of the plate, the top plate added and then run through my Big Shot Plus.   Tip: square edged plates are easier to use for this than those with bevelled edges.
